‘Limited thoughts seek limited success, dream big and achieve big.’
‘Live, Love and Laugh’ is one of the best Non-Fiction books! Beautifully written by Manjit Sargam Chawla, this book tells us about the secret key of our mind for us to live a happy and fulfilled life.
The theme of this book is to introduce us to the potential of our brain and help us to learn the law of attraction and use it with art of manifestation for our benefit. But this book is far better than other books (which I have read) which talks about law of attraction as it has everything backed up by an action plan.
The cover and title is perfect. It talks about health, relationships, work, finance, spiritual life and many more. The author has thoroughly described about Yoga, it’s science and psychology.
With real life examples, the author has outlined each and every concept in detail and the structure framing is perfect.
It also talks about a technique SITH which is mind-blowing and in detail, explains the eight limbs of yoga. The language is easy to understand so the beginners can go through with it easily and the writing style is lucid.
It is a guide for everybody who want to live a healthy, happy and purposeful life rather than having a life of discontentment. I recommend this book to all who like to read wellness books, beginner in Yoga and reading.
