‘Diary of a Twenty Something’ is a collection of a teenager’s musings in the form of 47 poems. The poems are about addiction, depression, being selfless, values and many more. They are meant to be for teenagers but some of them aren’t relatable. Thus the title is slightly relevant.

Cover is attractive. Language is okay. Some poems are really beautiful. The way it has been written is impressive. The book can be improved in many senses like some poems are heart touching while some lack depth of emotions.

Overall, the book is for beginners and not just for teenagers, any body can read this book and find the poems relatable.

I received this book from Book Genie and the author and I am looking forward to read more of her works.
