‘Push Start to Auto Start’ is a book with a purpose to bring clarity in your life. It has ten milestones; each has philosophy, psychology and action plan and covers topics that help you bring change from the core.

The cover of the book is attractive and the title is apt. Language is simple and easy to understand. The book has many illustrations that help in understanding the concepts easily. However, there’s a lack of connection in the beginning chapters and a little finesse in structural formatting in them is needed and some parts are repetitive. Though, the last few chapters are incredibly written. There’s a connecting story in the title of every milestone which is impressive and unique.

The book has many practical advices with a lot of spiritual touch. It tells us about yogic science, its meaning and significance and how can we cope with the burden of this modern life with the help of simple things. It ends up motivating you to incorporate yoga in your everyday life and inspire you to follow your purpose. It also has important points to remember from each milestone that acts as a summary to it.

Overall, the book is insightful and I recommend this book to all who want clarity in life, are confused or stuck somewhere and also, looking for a spiritual guide. And it is a grear start for beginners.
